Stuffed Deer Heads: One of the interesting hidden secrets in the game are the stuffed deer heads mounted in various locations. Finding all 12 deer heads will unlock a special scene and a trove of supplies for the players.

Locations: The deer heads can be found in interior spaces such as houses, cabins, and trailers. Some of the locations include the cabin near the crime scene, the Oh Deer Diner storeroom, and the Valhalla Nursing House Manor.

Cauldron Lake: Some of the deer heads can be found in the Cauldron Lake region. Players are recommended to acquire the bolt cutters first and complete the search before reaching a point of no return.

 Bright Falls: There are also deer heads to be found in the Bright Falls region. Players can interact with a deer head in Saga Anderson's mind place, which will whisper to them how many heads remain to be found in the world

Watery Deer Heads: In the Watery region, players can find a few deer heads. It is advised to wait until after the Overlap encounter to explore this region fully.

After finding all 12 deer heads, players should speak to the head in Saga's mind place. It will instruct them to find its twin in the real world.

By returning to the Bright Falls Elderwood Palace Lodge and interacting with the deer head there, players will be rewarded with a live version of the animal and access to a room filled with ammo and health items.
